This guy John Goodman, 48, who has a lot of money, has killed someone in an accident caused by drunkdriving.
Just before his trial starts, he has now adopted his 42-year old girlfriend in order to be able to keep his money away from the trial, and any potential financiel settlement with the victim’s family. read it here and here.

His two children, from a previous relationship, are not amused with this third sibling, and are prepared to take legal action apparently.
