…As I walked passed the bed, to switch on the light on my nightstand, something drops on the bed:
a tiny piece of confetti…
Thank you colleagues!
On another note:
Just this evening, someone I DON’T KNOW has ordered one of my notebooks!

I was reading The Client on the way back from work, and I forgot to get out of the tram at my stop!
And my man was waiting for me at that stop!
And it was freezing!
[While in the tram I suddenly looked up and recognized the stop-one-further-from-mine and got out, and just missed the tram going back.
So I walked one stop, and found my man freezing, and wondering where I was...]
But a good book is a good book, so that’s good.
Yes, I make the schedule and
yes, that includes my own shifts
but still, I looked at my schedule after arriving home today and was surprised to see that I have a day off on Friday!
Quite impressive, that I can surprise myself.
After some coughing and some sniffling today (although someone had it worse than me!), I plan to pamper myself and/or plan to being pampered for the next two days.
With heavy eyelids, I think I’ll turn in early today, and read a dummy or something….
I haven’t spent much time at the computer this week.
The last couple of days it has just been so warm, that I don’t want to sit at my desk too long (now, if I had a laptop, I could sit somewhere else…outside…or in the shade…)
At the start of the week, Monday and Tuesday, I have spent some time with one of my cousins from Canada. We had a great time, and I’m really glad I’ve taken the time out for him.
I have ofcourse been working this week, and we have enjoyed two dinners outside on the balcony, which was nice. Watched a film: Mongol. Pretty interesting, a bit long perhaps.
I finished several books, I will post those soon.
At the end of this week I’m a bit tired, and warm, and trying to fight an upcoming desire to go to sleep…

Photo of our flag a few days ago.
Pretty slow week so far, but they were good days nonetheless.

Papersheet 1
Another box has been born (ordered, no less), for which I purchased paper on wednesday (won’t show it, it’s a surprise). It was impossible to resist two other sheets of paper.
And some more bookmarks were produced as well. Just looking at them makes me greedy.

Finished box #3 Sunday, I consider it practice. (see tab) With a bit more patience, light and a good table, it can be better.
We went to a flea market on Sunday also, got home with loads of bags!
Handkerchiefs, paper and books to name but a few.
Monday was a working day, not bad at all, except for that awful man, who smells sooooo bad. I had to put on the airco in an attempt to make it bearable. Doesn’t he know he has an effect on people around him????
